It is important to develop an understanding because you need to know that information and if you don't that's why you are suppose to ask question. If you do not know something.

No I don't think it's right to use information from the internet without giving the source credit because that's not right. If you get the information from that site, you should give the site you got it from some credict .

Most people can tell if information is fact and fiction because if it's a fact the information that you are reading would tell you. If the information is fiction it would tell also.
